The Jamie Oliver Youth Prize

If you are an aspiring photographer aged 17 or under, this competition was made for you.

We are looking for the best photographs that tell a food story. It could be of your grandmother’s special pie, or a baker making the bread you love, or your friend cooking spaghetti. The food story you tell is up to you and we can’t wait to see what you come up with.

Entries will be submitted in two age groups, 12 & under and 13-17.

Your photos will be judged by Jamie Oliver, James Verity, Creative Director, the Jamie Oliver Group, David Loftus, Chair of Judges, World Food Photography Awards

The Winners of both age groups (12 & under, 13-17) will be invited to attend the Jamie Oliver Headquarters, London, accompanied by a parent/guardian.
They will also be invited, with one parent/guardian to the Awards Evening at the Mall Galleries, London where they will be presented with a trophy.
Their winning image, along with the runner up images, will be displayed in a dedicated Jamie Oliver Youth Prize section of the exhibition.

Note:
If required, a contribution of maximum £500 per winner will be made towards travel and accommodation to attend the Jamie Oliver Headquarters
